The user deleted the activation email, can I resend?
It’s not a problem! If the user deleted the activation e-mail or it has expired, you can re-send the activation e-mail by following the below steps:
- Sign in to the melita.io portal
- Go the Account tab
- Click on the user that you need to re-send the activation e-mail to
- Click on the button Send Activation
An e-mail will be generated and sent to the user with the link to activate the user.
