How can I track my usage?

Through the portal you may easily track usage at various levels. The top and most generic level is at Offer level. In this case you can see how much of the allocated bundle allowance you have consumed. This is done both for data and SMS and is easily visible in the Offers page, by selecting a specific Offer you want to monitor.

You may also view the same information as a trend in the Analytics section. Here the focus is on viewing usage over a period so you can monitor trends and any abnormal behaviour. In the analytics section you may also drill down to zoom further on specific days, periods or SIMs. The lowest level is that at individual SIM level. This may be tracked from the Analytics page or by selecting the specific SIM in the SIM inventory page.
