SIM navigation menu
The top-level navigation menu of the melita.io portal includes the following options:
- melita.io logo – clicking the logo sends you to the SIM inventory where you will find a list of all your SIMS, their status and access to detailed information for each
- Inventory – the SIM inventory is where you will find a list of all your SIMS, their status and access to detailed information for each
- Offers – here you will find a summary of all the offers you have on this account and their status, whether they are active, pending activation, or still in the delivery stage. You may access more details on each offer directly from this screen.
- Analytics – here you can understand the performance of your SIMs over time and their aggregate usage over time.
- Billing – billing information, billing history, detailed billed usage, payment information as well as the processing of payments.
- Account – customer information and area where you can manage user profiles and access.
