How will I know when a trigger is activated?
A trigger can notify users by SMS and/or email once activated. The message sent is completely configurable and you may include custom fields such as the IMSI, SIM Label and Timestamp (when multiple SIM cards are selected, the message will not include the individual details of the SIM cards). Notifications can be set to be sent once or repeated until action is taken.
Please note that trigger notifications may not occur in real-time and that there might be some delays in receiving the message.
