Melita fast-tracks digital future under new ownership

The acquisition of Melita Limited by Infrastructure at Goldman Sachs Alternatives has now been finalised, following the necessary regulatory approvals. First announced in late 2024, the transaction represents a significant step in Melita’s development.

With Goldman Sachs Alternatives as its new shareholders, Melita will continue to receive investment into its nationwide gigabit broadband and 5G mobile infrastructure, while maintaining its focus on environmental sustainability. Melita’s digital strategy – including its IoT connectivity services and AI-enabled customer support will remain central to its future plans for innovation and growth.
