How to enable Bill and Maintenance notifications

Figure 1 shows the Invoice notification and the Maintenance notification flags. By default, both options will be enabled for the Parent Administrator (the main account owner). The Administrator can control sub-users notifications during their creation and, for existing users, turn the notifications on or off as needed.
