SIM Activation

In order to activate your SIMs you need to have completed activation of your portal access. Refer to the relevant question in our help centre if you haven’t completed this step yet. You also need to ensure that you have received the SIMs to be able to complete activation.

If this is your first SIM order, on logging into the portal you will immediately be directed to the SIM activation screen where you will find your orders identified by their different features. Click on the “Activate” button of the order you wish to activate. On clicking, a window will pop-up prompting you to type in the ICCID of any SIM card from the batch of SIMs you received. The ICCID is to type in is the 20-digit number you find on the back of any of the SIM cards.

Once you key in the ICCID, this is validated, and the portal will then commence activation of the SIM cards. You will be prompted accordingly in the portal and once activation is completed you will also receive notification by email. This process may take a few seconds up to a few minutes depending on the number of SIM cards being activated.

Important to remember that activating the SIM cards will also initiate the monthly billing for SIMs in the order.

Sim Activation process

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on the “Activate” button on the top right corner of the portal.
  3. Select the offer you would like to activate
  4. On the displayed pop-up window enter any single SIM identification number from the batch of SIM cards you’ve received.
  5. Click “Activate” once more to confirm your selection

Your SIM cards need to be activated within 90 days from order date. If the SIM cards are not activated within this period, they will be automatically activated with billing starting on activation day. If you haven’t received the SIM cards within 90 days from order, please advise the support team.
