The user deleted the activation email, can I resend?

If the user deleted the activation e-mail or it has expired, you can re-send the activation e-mail by following the below steps:

  • Sign in to the portal
  • Go to the Account tab
  • Click on the user that you need to re-send the activation e-mail to
  • Click on the button Send Activation

An e-mail will be generated and sent to the user with the link to activate the user. This may take a few minutes.
